We are looking for a mid-to-senior Game Designer that is passionate about cooperative shooters. You will join a highly talented, diverse team of developers based in the heart of southern Stockholm
As a key driving force behind game design in the studio, you’ll be expected to be a creative problem solver, work closely with other departments, own the game’s core gameplay and systems, and ultimately help drive the project to release. This exciting opportunity to work with a close-knit, creative, and friendly team is ideal for an experienced designer looking to leave their mark on our future games. This is an onsite role with possibility for hybrid work and will be based at our studio in Stockholm. Responsibilities
Define, support, and communicate the game systems and features from document through to completion.
Be a proactive member of the Design team, brainstorming and developing designs, and providing feedback to other designers
Communicate and work with other disciplines to deliver design features.
Design combat encounters and spawning systems.
Build progression and in-game currency systems that are scalable and fun to interact with.
Generally, be an awesome person that takes initiative and builds amazing things!
At least 3 years of experience on PC or Console games.
At least 1 shipped title or a compelling story why a game didn't ship
Ability to write and manage design documentation.
Scripting in Unreal blueprints or other visual scripting systems.
Exceptional experience in camera, character, and control design.
Experience in building and balancing game systems.
