Mid-Senior Gameplay Programmer
We are looking for a mid-to-senior gameplay programmer that is passionate about cooperative shooters to join a highly talented, diverse team of developers based in the heart of southern Stockholm.
You’ll be expected to be a creative problem solver, work closely with other departments, own the game’s core gameplay and systems, and ultimately help drive the project to release. This exciting opportunity to work with a close-knit, creative, and friendly team is ideal for an experienced gameplay programmer looking to leave their mark on our future games. This is an onsite role with possibility for hybrid work and will be based at our studio in Stockholm.
Responsibilities
- Support the architectural design of the projects that you are working on
- Work on gameplay features independently and mentor more junior team members in your area
- Working closely with the rest of the team on prototyping new gameplay features
Required Experience
- Developed multiplayer games and/or shooters
- Desire to improve own skills and knowledge and to share it with others
- Good knowledge of C++ in a games development environment.
- Good understanding of the Unreal Engine
Plusses
- Experience with Continuous Integration systems such as Jenkins
- Console development experience
- Experience in managing a team of people
- Shipped a game in Unreal
