Mid- to Senior Level Designer
Introduction
We are looking for a mid-to-senior Level Designer to join us in creating an exciting new sci-fi action game sequel set in a well-known and well-loved universe!
We are currently in the pre-production phase of our project, working with a co-dev partner to design an ambitious sequel to a successful coop shooter title. Successful candidates will be joining an experienced and diverse team of professionals. You would be working in the heart of Berlin, where you can play a big role in shaping this exciting project.
We are seeking people who are happy to take ownership of key elements of the game and work closely with all departments to help bring goals to fruition. You will be responsible for taking content from concept to release quality, and will work closely with department leads to ensure your content matches the vision for the project.

Responsibilities
Design and create compelling locations that add memorable experiences to the overall game.
Contribute to the creative vision of the game, and be confident in taking ownership and driving content quality forward.
Be a proactive member of the Design Team. Brainstorm and develop designs, provide feedback to other designers, and work closely with other disciplines.
Share your knowledge and experience with more junior members of the team.
Produce paper designs and supporting documentation for levels and features, ensuring that everyone in the team understands the goals of levels.
Knowledge & Experience
Mid-level:
At least 3 years of experience on PC or Console games.
Minimum 1 shipped title.
Experience with industry-standard engines such as Unreal, Unity, or Cryengine.
Good knowledge of blueprint scripting or similar scripting models.
Knowledge of confluence or other similar documentation systems.
Senior level:
At least 5 years of experience on PC or Console games.
Minimum 2 shipped titles.
Unreal engine development experience.
Extensive experience in blueprint scripting.
Good documentation experience using confluence or similar systems.
